PGMD Consulting Srl began in May 2006, as a team of specialized consultants active in business process analysis, management control and project management. Their focus aims at integrating these projects.
PGMD is considered the avant-garde of management consultancy, temporary management and strategic advisory in I.C.T. PGMD supports the digital transformation of the public administration and specifically in the healthcare system.
PGMD is effectively engaged in the conduct of important projects of “Audit and Assessment”, “Analysis and Change Management of information processes” in leading hospitals, regional and national. Among the numerous experiences of PGMD, the multi-year collaboration with ARIA on various SISS areas and the active participation in the strategic planning of support services for the management of chronicity in Lombardy are particularly important.
